Shipping within Germany is handled by a reliable shipping service provider.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery to parcel lockers is not possible.
All cigars are carefully packaged to ensure quality during transport.

Digital services and event bookings
When booking our services (e.g., cigar roller for events, personalized label design), no physical goods are shipped. You will receive the order confirmation and all relevant information via email.

Payment for individual event bookings

When booking a cigar roller for events, a deposit or full prepayment is required. The amount will be agreed upon individually and confirmed in writing.

Cigars for events, as well as additional services such as personalized belly bands, travel expenses or material fees, are charged separately and communicated transparently in advance.
