This is not just about a new cigar band. The focus is on developing the blend, selecting the format, creating samples, and preparing for later production.

Two ways to create your own blend

Depending on the starting point, we can develop a completely new blend or begin with blends that have already been developed but not yet assigned.

Develop your own individual blend

A new blend is created based on your specifications. Together, we define the desired strength, character, tobacco origin, and the appropriate format. Samples are then rolled, tasted, and adjusted as needed.

Alternatively, you can receive samples of already developed blends that are not yet assigned to a brand. This option is suitable for projects that want to quickly establish a clear product direction.

The final selection will only be made after tasting and your approval.

This is how your private label cigar is created.

1. Project briefing

In our initial meeting, we will clarify your idea, target group, planned quantity, desired positioning, and the intended market.

2. Blend and format

We determine the desired direction of the blend and select a suitable format. Factors considered include strength, tobacco composition, wrapper, and smoking time.

3. Samples and tasting

Based on the briefing, you will receive samples of a newly developed or existing, available blend. The samples will be evaluated together and adjusted if necessary.

4. Release

After the tasting, the blend, format, and product specifications are finalized. Further production will only be prepared after your approval.

5. Brand image

Upon request, I can assist with the design of cigar bands, boxes, and other printed materials. As a trained graphic designer specializing in print design, I can also handle the visual development of your brand for an additional fee.

6. Production

Once all product and design data has been approved, production begins. The production time depends on the quantity, format, capacity utilization, and chosen production location.

7. Import and administrative processing

For production outside of Germany, we can handle import, customs clearance, taxation, and other administrative services. These services and the associated costs are calculated separately and are not included in the purchase price of the cigars.

Additionally, a track & trace service can be arranged.

Currently, only classic parejo formats are available for production in Germany. Parejos have a straight, uniformly cylindrical shape.

The minimum quantity for production in Germany is 500 cigars.

When producing in the Dominican Republic, significantly more formats and vitolas are possible starting from 1,000 cigars. In addition to classic parejos, other shapes and dimensions can also be requested on a project-specific basis.

Productions from the Dominican Republic are planned well in advance and coordinated with the scheduled import dates. The potential delivery date is therefore determined individually in the project plan.
