Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

 

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

  • Services, where the service is to be provided on an agreed date or within a specified period (e.g., booking a cigar roller for events, workshops, live rolling).

  • Personalized or custom-made goods, such as:

    • Personalized cigar labels

    • Individually rolled cigars according to customer specifications

    • Custom-made products available upon request

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed.

The right of withdrawal also expires if we have fully performed the service and you have expressly agreed that we should begin performing the service before the withdrawal period has expired.
